To back up that bold claim, camera lead Isaac Reynolds posted numerous photographs shot with the Pixel or the larger Pixel XL. According to remarks on Reynolds’ post from official Google workers, members of Google’s engineering team took some of the photos.
Examining EXIF data shows the pictures were shot with one of those two apparatus. As Phandroid points out, around half of them did receive some post-processing with either the Snapseed or VSCO editing apps that are mobile. Still, it’s an impressive selection of photography that shows the Pixel’s versatility in several color circumstances and distinct lighting off. Check them out for yourself:
