Authorities Russia, in Saint Petersburg city, who were recently accused of photoshopping images of damaged infrastructure, have now reportedly used photo editing software 'Photoshop' to depict a city clean-up again. On receiving complaints about improper posters on a traffic signal, the authorities responded with a photoshopped image depicting a cleaned-up sign, according to reports.
